Do you need access to power?: No — we arrive fully self-sufficient with our own power and all the equipment needed to complete the repair.
Where will you carry out the repair?: We carry out repairs at your home or workplace. We just need enough safe space around the vehicle to work.
What happens if it rains?: We use a professional mobile shelter where possible, allowing us to complete many repairs in typical UK weather. In severe weather, we may need to rearrange your appointment.
How long does a SMART repair take?: Most repairs take around 2–4 hours, depending on the size and type of damage. We'll give you an estimated duration with your quote.
Do I need to be there while you repair my car?: Not necessarily. As long as we can access the vehicle and have any necessary keys, you don't need to stay with us while we work.
