ValetOS, operated by SW Mobile Valeting LTD, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Card payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order email or receipt and we will process it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Plan & payments inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so cancelling before it ends means you are never charged.
