- How does the repair quote process work?
- Send your registration, a short description and a few photos of the damage. We review them and send back a fixed price and how long the work takes. Nothing is booked until you accept.
- Why do you need photos?
- Photos let us judge the size, depth and position of the damage so we can give you a fixed price and set aside the right amount of time, instead of guessing over the phone.
- Can I choose my own appointment?
- Yes. Once you accept the quote you'll see live availability that already allows for the time your job needs and our travel between jobs, and you pick the slot that suits you.
- Where can the work be carried out?
- Anywhere your vehicle is legally and safely parked within our coverage area — usually at home or at your workplace. Enter your postcode on our areas page to check we cover you.
- Do you need electricity or water?
- Yes — we just ask for access to a standard power socket and a water supply.
- Do I need to be there?
- Someone needs to give us access to the vehicle at the start and sign the work off at the end, but you don't have to stand and watch.
- What happens if it rains?
- Repairs need a dry, sheltered area to be finished properly. A garage, carport or covered parking is ideal; if the weather makes the work unsafe on the day we'll contact you and move your appointment to the next suitable slot at no cost.
- Can you colour match my paint?
- Yes. Paint is mixed to your vehicle's own paint code and blended into the surrounding panel so the repair isn't visible as a patch.
- How long does a repair take?
- Most cosmetic repairs are completed in a few hours. The exact time is worked out from your photos and shown on your quote before you book, and that time is reserved in the diary for your job.
- What sort of damage can you repair?
- Bumper scuffs and corner damage, scratches, small dents, kerbed alloy wheels and localised paint damage. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly whether it's suitable for a mobile SMART repair or better suited to a bodyshop.
- How do I know the work is finished properly?
- Every job is photographed before and after, you sign it off on the day, and your invoice and photos are emailed to you.
- What do we require
- We will only need a space to work such as a driveway and access to a power point to run an extention reel
